Western Highlands Province is one of the seven provinces of the Highlands Region of Papua New Guinea. Mt Hagen is the provincial capital of Western Highlands Province.

The fertile Waghi Valley is located in Western Highlands and is the agricultural hub of the Highlands region. Western Highlands is the largest coffee and and tea producer in Papua New Guinea.
